Meet your Oklahoma therapist
Hi, I’m Annie.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor providing secure online therapy for adults throughout Oklahoma.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, especially when you're trying to find a therapist you've never met before. My goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a genuine conversation with someone who's invested in helping you move forward.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and the feeling that somewhere along the way, they've lost themselves.
I'm also EMDR-trained and can incorporate EMDR when it's clinically appropriate for clients working through trauma and other distressing experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I'll ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you as you build a life that feels more like your own.
Even though we'll be meeting online, my goal is for therapy to feel just as personal, connected, and genuine as if we were sitting together in the same room.
Whether you're in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Edmond, or anywhere else in Oklahoma, I'm here to help.

Because therapists are licensed by state, you'll need to be physically located in Oklahoma during your appointment. If you're traveling to another state where I'm also licensed, such as Texas, Colorado or Missouri, we may still be able to meet while you're there.
If you're unsure, just ask. We'll help you determine whether we can continue your sessions based on where you'll be during your appointment.
