Meet your Colorado therapist
Hi, I’m Annie.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor providing secure online therapy for adults throughout Colorado.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, especially when you're trying to find a therapist you've never met before. My goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a genuine conversation with someone who's invested in helping you move forward.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and the feeling that somewhere along the way, they've lost themselves.
I'm also EMDR-trained and can incorporate EMDR when it's clinically appropriate for clients working through trauma and other distressing experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I'll ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you as you build a life that feels more like your own.
Even though we'll be meeting online, my goal is for therapy to feel just as personal, connected, and genuine as if we were sitting together in the same room.
Whether you're in Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, a mountain town, or anywhere else in Colorado, I'm here to help.
why online therapy is a great fit for coloradans
Therapy that works around your life.
Living in Colorado doesn't necessarily mean the therapist who's right for you happens to be ten minutes away.
Maybe the therapists nearby aren't taking new clients. Maybe you live outside one of the larger cities. Or maybe you've found plenty of therapists, but none of them feel like the right fit.
Online therapy gives you more freedom to choose a therapist based on connection, approach, and experience, not just who happens to have an office nearby.
Many of our Colorado clients appreciate being able to attend therapy from:
Home
Their office during lunch
A private room while traveling
Anywhere they have a secure internet connection
Wherever you are in Colorado, support is within reach.
You don’t have to wait until life slows down to start feeling better.
Let’s take the first step together.
